Hseq Assistant and Administrator

**Our valued client is a national company with the Adelaide Office situated in Dry Creek. They supply and maintain commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment to large supermarket and fast-food chains plus smaller, independent businesses. This is a family business with a great working environment and a friendly, positive culture.**
A new full-time, permanent role has become available for an experienced Administrator looking for a step up to a HSEQ assistant role. You will be assisting the HSEQ Manager in a wide range of duties, developing your skills and being part of a dynamic compliance team. This is a career-making role for the right person and all necessary training will be provided.
A generous salary will be paid, depending on your skills and experience. Previous Administration experience in a similar role would be required in an industrial, mining, electrical or similar sector.
**More Details of the role**:
- Produce WHS documentation.
- Deliver company inductions in SA and maintain records.
- Assist with the training of company policies and procedures.
- Oversee contractor compliance and maintain accurate records.
- Assist as required in the quality assurance activities of the SA branch.
- Assist with Return-to-Work Co-ordinator duties.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- A Cert lll in Occupational Health and Safety - or equivalent experience required
- First Aid Certificate (or be willing to get one)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Strong computer literacy with MS Office
