**About the Company**

My client is one of the world's leading suppliers of utility-scale renewable energy projects. They are known throughout the industry for delivering, operating and maintaining high-quality, cost-effective projects across the globe.

**The Role**

This role is for a recent Graduate Engineer to report to the Remote Control Centre Supervisor based at the office in Melbourne. This position will monitor, control and coordinate the operational portfolio and assist in providing the best possible asset availability, and asset performance, increasing the safety of site activities and maintaining accurate recording of site performance. This will work on a changing roster basis.

**The purpose of this position is to work as an operator in our Remote Control Centre (RCC)**:

- Maintain an overall RCC procedure;
- Communicate to our operating assets and other relevant stakeholders;
- Maintain ongoing functional support to our RCC;
- Assist RCC team and maintain quality of deliverables to internal and external stakeholders; and
- Prepare RCC reports for internal and external stakeholders.

**The scope of the role is to**:

- Monitor our operating Wind and Solar farms;
- Monitor and report extreme weather events;
- Monitor high-voltage assets and
- Communicate internally and externally (where required and as per procedures).

**Requirements**:

- Advanced Diploma/Associate’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical
Engineering or equivalent combination of training and experience
- At least moderate level skills in Microsoft Excel & Outlook skills
- Experience in the Energy industry (Wind/Solar) advantageous
- Mandarin speaking skills - highly advantageous
