- The opening hours for our inbound call centre is **7am - 10pm **, **7 days/week**
- This is a permanent part-time position. We have a variety of base shifts on offer:

- Monday to Friday, 10am - 3.00pm, 12.00pm - 8.00pm, 3.00pm - 8:00pm, 3:00pm - 10:00pm (Sat & Sun off)
- Saturday - Wednesday, 8.00am - 5.00 pm (Thurs & Fri off)
- Thursday - Monday, 8.00am - 3.00pm, 2.00pm - 7:00pm, 5.00pm - 10.00pm (Tues & Weds off)
- Wednesday to Sunday, 10.00am - 5.00pm, 5:00pm - 10:00pm (Mon & Tues off)
- You'll receive set base shifts for 12 months (no rotating rosters), however, we may amend your shift 2 hours +/- from your set base start time. You will receive sufficient notice if amendments are required that month.
- There is mandatory structured training in the first 4 weeks
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
- You'll receive all the support that you need to succeed in the role. The first 6 months of your career with us will be based in our Brisbane CBD office, and when you’re ready, you will transition to a work from home environment. All you need is a designated work area, connection to internet and a landline (dedicated for work use only).
- We’ll also schedule weekly in-office days, to ensure you can stay engaged and connected with your team.

Building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers is our passion. As an outbound **Home Buying Pre-Qualification Specialist, **you will be resolving and identifying the potential needs through conversation.

We are excited to welcome enthusiastic and driven customer service experts to join the Direct Lending team, located in Brisbane CBD.

**_Your Impact _**

Your responsibilities will include; but are not limited to:

- Understanding individual customer’s financial situation by asking probing questions and referring them to a lender at the right time.
- Building strong relationships with customers, demonstrating your ability to take accountability for their situation and correctly identify their needs.
- Problem solving and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Working to call centre based metrics such as adherence to schedule, quality requirements and productivity measures.
- Understanding our risk environment. You will be proactive in raising issues and work collaboratively for a resolve.
- Handling complaints in a prompt, professional and caring manner.
