We are now looking for an enthusiastic and motivated foremost a Jeweler and Store Manager to join our TRESORS team

**Regular tasks and duties included**:

- Examining designs and specifications for jewelry and precious metal objects
- Shaping molded metal by cutting, filing, beating, turning and bending, using specialized hand and power tools
- Assembling articles by soldering, screwing, riveting and otherwise joining
- Securing precious stones in retaining prongs and ridges, and smoothing and checking final settings
- Engraving designs on ring settings, brooches, bracelets and other articles
- Repairing jewelry by soldering, replacing and rebuilding worn and broken parts
- Appraising the quality and value of jewelry
- Cutting and dividing stones to approximate final shape, using precision hand and power tools and jigs
- Securing stones and shapes, cutting angles, smoothing and polishing
- Finishing articles using files, emery paper and buffing machines
- Restyling old jewelry
- **Experience and Skill**:What we are looking for
- Do you have an eye for jewelry design and seamless execution ?
- Are you a Store Manager with prior experience in creating a team environment, to coach, develop and motivate your team to deliver great results?
- Are you a leader who cares for your team and builds great relationships?
- Do you have a strong desire to deliver an exceptional experience to your Customer?
- Do you have experience in delivering and driving targets? (KPI’s)
- Do you perfect your jewelry designs ?
- Are you adept in rhino, excel, photoshop, online shopping databases, social media?
- Do you have sourcing, budgeting an planning skills ?
- Do you have qualifications in Jewelry Design and Manufacturing?

**Responsibilities**:
To be successful in this role you will have:
Jewelry Design and Manufacture Qualifications
- Store management experience for a retailer
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high end retail environment
- Strong people management skills and thorough understanding of performance management
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- A proven track record of delivering results
- Exceptional communication skills
- Passion for retailing new and antique Jewelry.
