Are you ready to play a vital role as part of the team at Australia's largest ASX listed cattle and beef producer? As the Internal Audit and Compliance Officer at AACo you'll be a key player in ensuring our premium food services maintain the highest standards.

As the Internal Audit and Compliance Officer, you'll have a broad remit covering AACo’s operational and financial processes and play a vital role in supporting your team members to plan and deliver assurance and compliance activities across the business.

**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- Collaborate with our outsource internal audit partner to develop annual plans and engage stakeholders
- Present management reports, track actions, and ensure compliance with recommendations
- Strengthen internal controls and streamline processes
- Maintain and improve our compliance systems and processes
- Embrace open communication with management and committees
- Lead through our core values and behaviours

- Demonstrated understanding of the end-to-end audit process

**_Desired Qualifications and Experience:_**
- 5+ years of internal audit experience in ASX listed or professional services settings
- Familiarity with the agricultural, agri-business, or FMCG industries is a plus but not essential
- IIA, CA, or CPA qualification desirable; Graduate qualification in related discipline required
