**The role**:
Whitehorse is seeking to grow its internal consultancy team within Transformation Division to deliver operating model re-design in collaboration with different service areas.

**About you**:

- Experience working on operating model design or in management consulting
- Love co-designing business improvement and strategy
- Understand change management (human behaviour) Enjoys collaborating and have high emotional intelligence
