In this role you will couple your love for this industry with your skills and experience to maintain existing relationships in QLD and create opportunities for growth

**About the role**:

- Full time permanent position
- $75-80K + bonus/commission + super + car
- Home base in Mansfield but involves regular state-wide travel across QLD
- Work in a collaborative sales team who support each other with territory leads and opportunities
- Work with professionals who are passionate about the industry

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Servicing existing customers and accounts in the QLD territory
- Actively seeking new business opportunities and leads
- Visiting customers regularly to grow customer relationships, providing technical assistance
- Creating and implement strategies to improve product sell through
- Attending industry networking nights, trade shows, and events
- Developing and maintaining product knowledge and delivering presentations on new products
- Resolving customer concerns and problems in a timely and professional manner
- Managing demonstration stock rotation schedules

**About you**:

- 2+ years of Event Rental/Production or AV Integration experience
- 2 years of B2B / representative sales experience
- Adept with MS Office/Google Suite
- Experience with CRM or client management systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
