Are you a skilled and experienced Early Childhood Education professional with extensive experience in leading and mentoring teams?

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Nominate Supervisor for our Bush Kindy service in Bellbird Park. As a family owned and operated company, Seedlings & Co is invested in our philosophy and our people, with a strong focus on wellness and allowing everyone in the team the opportunity to see their potential.

As the Nominated Supervisor you will oversee the operation of our 87-place centre, leading and supporting our team by nurturing through nature.

As part of your Induction as a Nominated Supervisor, you will receive mentoring and support from the Area Manager, who will work closely with you to ensure the transition is smooth and effective.

**Your responsibilities**:
Oversee the daily operation of the childcare centre, including staffing, budget management, and communication with parents and key stakeholders;
Establish strong ties within the community and support services;
Foster a positive work culture

Ensure all compliance and implementation of policies and relevant regulations

QIP
Ensure consistent high-quality practice, with the Support of the Educational Leader.

This position is supported by a part time Administrator.

**The successful applicant must**:
ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and 3 years experience running a centre in the capacity as Nominated Supervisor.

Have the ability to be adaptable and collaborative and multifocal

Possess excellent written and communication skills

Demonstrate and exceptional understand of theorists, management styles and EYLF.

**Salary**: $55,298.13 - $140,051.38 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
