Our client is a well-known government organization who are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Administration Assistant to join their successful and dynamic team environment based in Strathfield in this exciting opportunity to start immediately on a contract until the 18th of June 2024, with a possibility of extension.

This role requires individuals who are competent go getters, passionate about improving business performance.

**The Job..**

Reporting through to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Maintaining accuracy of data across various systems and databases to improve administrative efficiencies, accessibility and integrity of data.
- Assisting in streamlining processes across the business unit.
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

**You..**

To be successful in this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas & possess the below personal qualities:

- Minimum 12 months of experience in an administration position.
- Experience working within a contact centre environment or the education sector would be highly advantageous.
- Ability to confidently work across multiple systems and databases.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to stay focused in a high-volume environment.
