- **Community Transport Hop-on Hop-off service operates out of St Kilda Town Hall to over 150 destinations throughout the City of Port Phillip.**

The City of Port Phillip is an inner-city council with around 1000 employees who deliver more than 100 programs and services to our residents, businesses and visitors. These range from childcare and immunisations, to libraries, management of parks and open space, rubbish collection, road maintenance and more. As a member of The City of Port Philip’s Community Transport Team you WILL make a difference.

**Duties**:

- Provide a courteous and respectful service to community members who use the community bus Hop-on Hop-off service to support the needs of older adults and people with disabilities who require assistance to live independently.
- Drive the City of Port Phillip (COPP) community bus along a prearranged route to enable residents to participate in social and recreational and daily living activities.
- Support driving requirements for Social Support activities and Commonwealth Home Support clients to attend to shopping and medical appointments.
- This job has physical requirements so workplace health and safety will be one of your highest priorities

**Skills and Experience**
- Victorian Driver Licence and VicRoads Licence verification.
- Driver Accreditation Certificate with Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria (CPVV).
- Pre-employment medical check.
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate including CPR current within the last 12 months. Demonstrated experience driving a minibus/ commuter bus.
- Previous experience in transporting and assisting passengers, in particular older people, and people with a disability.
- Demonstrate safety focus and knowledge of bus safety requirements.
