Human Resource Coordinator

Eden Ritchie is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to lead recruitment and selection activities, and provide coordination of day to day HR activities and tasks. This role will work closely with the Senior HR Advisor to provide professional HR support and advice to the organisation and contribute to efficient and effective operation of the HR Department.

**As the Human Resource Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include**:
- Manage end to end recruitment processes including preparing job advertisements, designing recruitment campaigns, shortlisting, interview preparation and facilitation, and undertaking references checks
- Hold the LinkedIn Recruiter license, and utilise job and social media platforms to source talent
- Build and maintain strong working relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop Position Descriptions in consultation with managers
- Prepare letters of engagement, employment contracts and contract variations
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews
- Manage the visa process for international recruits, liaising with the Migration Agent and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement HR procedures and policies as required
- Produce HR metric reports, ensuring accuracy of data and information
- Develop a formal Employee Value Proposition
- Manage the Recruitment module in the HRIS, ELMO
- Prepare and present reports/proposals on HR initiatives
- Lead HR projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the standard required
- Contribute to the development of a contemporary HR framework and annual HR Operational Plans aligned to strategic plans and objectives
- Comply with organisational policies and procedures
- Model and promote the organisation’s vision, mission and values
**Essential**:
- Relevant undergraduate degree eg. Business (Human Resource Management)
- Demonstrated working knowledge of contemporary HR issues and employment related legislation
- Demonstrated experience managing end to end recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing and attracting talent
- Demonstrated experience performing general HR administration tasks, including workflow management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- High level verbal and written communication, together with the ability to rapidly build rapport with internal and external stakeholder
**Desirable**
- Experience using ELMO would be advantageous
- Knowledge and understanding of change management and project management principles
