- Leading requirements gathering
- Plan and manage analysis outcomes
- Define and govern the approach to requirements gathering
- Overseeing critical workflow transformations to keep the bank running and deliver seamless payments experiences for our customers around the world.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholder groups
- Understanding of business & technical landscape.
- Analytical Thinking - Adopt a functional decomposition approach to analysis elaboration
- Communicate business analysis outcomes

Let’s talk about your capability and experience:
Must Have
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, patterns and practices.
- Experience consuming and producing integration endpoints (services, message queues, Business processes).
- Practical experience with at least one programming language and Unix shell scripts.

Good to Have
- Soft Skills - A team player, A collaboration champion, Continuous improvement junkie, A problem solver.
- Good Knowledge about SWIFT message and File processing

Desired Skills
- Good Knowledge of Unix and Linux platforms.
- Good Payments domain knowledge.
