Paul Sadler Swimland **Laverton** is a well established swim school supporting the local community and we have been teaching swimming here for almost 10 years. Our lessons run throughout the week and during the day we support the School we are located on teaching their kids to swim

No experience necessary, full training is provided.

**ABOUT PAUL SADLER SWIMLAND**

We provide swimming lessons for all ages. We’ve been delivering cutting edge teaching and training methods since 1972 and are recognised worldwide as a leader in aquatic education.

We run babies swimming classes from 4 months old, children’s learn to swim lessons and adult swimming lessons. We also offer private classes. Our program focuses on teaching survival skills at every level.

We have learn to swim schools in Australia, Canada and Vietnam. We employ over 800 staff across 19 swim centres and we currently teach over 35,000 children weekly.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The position we are looking to offer include part time and casual options, depending on hours that may present across both swim schools and these hours will vary from 10 - 20 hours with room for growth in the future. Availability during evenings and weekends is required and shifts can vary.

The role itself will consist primarily of learn to swim teaching, however we are also looking at expanding our Customer Service teams so depending on experience and interest this may also be available.

**ABOUT YOU...**

You will play a pivotal role in providing our swimmers with a positive learning environment that they look forward to each week. This is a fast paced, fun environment. You will;
- Love working with children (Working With Children check mandatory requirement)
- Thrive in engaging and communicating effectively with people of all ages, from our swimmers all the way through to parents and grandparents, along with our team.
- Be comfortable working on and learning our customer management database (training will be provided).
- Maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction - primarily with our swimmers and also with parents.
- Have an outgoing and friendly personality

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
