Paul Sadler Swimland are recognised leaders in Aquatic Education worldwide. Due to our fast growing success we are currently looking for enthusiastic, motivated and reliable people to join our Team of passionate swim teachers.

We offer a fun, supportive environment where we teach over 800 children to swim every week.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The position is initially a part time role of up to 15-20 hours per week. With room for growth in the role and ongoing training provided this is a role that will grow with you. Availability during evenings and weekends is required and shifts can vary. This role is all about our swimmers - being patient and having a love for kids will absolutely help you in this role. Our swim teachers are the stars of our business - with swimmers looking forward to and forming wonderful bonds with their teachers throughout their swim journey. We offer a supportive environment with a family feel that you will experience within the team and with our customers.

ABOUT YOU...

You will play a pivotal role in providing our swimmers with a positive learning environment that they look forward to each week. This is a fast paced, fun environment. You will;
- Love working with children (Working With Children check mandatory requirement)
- Thrive in engaging and communicating effectively with people of all ages, from our swimmers all the way through to parents and grandparents, along with our team.
- Be comfortable working on and learning our customer management database (training will be provided).
- Maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction - primarily with our swimmers and also with parents.
- Have an outgoing and friendly personality

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $23.75 per hour
