We offer a fun, supportive environment where we teach over 800 children to swim every week.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The position is initially a part time role of up to 15-20 hours per week.

With room for growth in the role and ongoing training provided this is a role that will grow with you.

Availability during evenings and weekends is required and shifts can vary.

This role is all about our swimmers - being patient and having a love for kids will absolutely help you in this role.

Our swim teachers are the stars of our business - with swimmers looking forward to and forming wonderful bonds with their teachers throughout their swim journey.

ABOUT YOU...


You will play a pivotal role in providing our swimmers with a positive learning environment that they look forward to each week.

This is a fast paced, fun environment. You will;

  • Love working with children (Working With Children check mandatory requirement)
  • Thrive in engaging and communicating effectively with people of all ages, from our swimmers all the way through to parents and grandparents, along with our team.
  • Be comfortable working on and learning our customer management database (training will be provided).
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction primarily with our swimmers and also with parents.
  • Have an outgoing and friendly personality

Job Type:
Part-time

Salary:
From $23.75 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 10 per week
