About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:

- Significant expertise of enterprise change management methodologies, practices and tools with experience leading and managing change processes in a complex organisation.
- Excellent change planning, analysis, interventions, resistance management, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills, along with the management of multiple deliverables within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.
- Significant experience in the documentation, implementation, and evaluation of business change activities in a large-scale project environment.
- Strong design skills and critical thinking capability to design and deliver change management strategies for a complex renewal environment that translate to clear, targeted, and easy to understand messages for staff across all levels of an organisation.
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills in order to build change capability and advocate a strategic approach to change, with a focus on the human elements of change.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills including adaptability and resilience, and the ability to lead and influence a diverse range of stakeholders including program managers, project managers and executive staff.
