They are now looking for a talented **NDIS Client Relationship Officer **to join their team based in Dandenong. If you're passionate about creating positive change in the lives of people living with disabilities and have a strong track record building relationships and delivering a high level of customer we want to hear from you.

**Job Role and Summary**:
It is essential that you possess excellent customer service skills and organisational skills in addition to excellent communication skills to achieve goals in maintaining centre relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting potential clients during the onboarding process
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate a smooth customer journey
- Providing effective account management to clients, influencing timely registrations
- Building positive relationships with centre contacts through regular contact
- Maintaining records of all contact with clients using the CRM system
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of the NDIS sector
- Be the face of the company. Attend online and in-person meetings and events to promote the business
- Developing incredible relationships with your portfolio of accounts and regularly meeting with them to gain feedback

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 1-2 years’ Plan Management or Support Coordination experience within the NDIS in Australia
- Disability Services sector experience (preferred)
- Established network within the disabilities industry and related agencies
- A sound understanding of service delivery in the disability sector, legislative requirements, and the key issues involved in operating as an NDIS service provider
- Ability to develop positive and professional working relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders
- Highly developed organisation and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Attention to detail
- Solid experience of working in a busy office environment
- Ability to plan and manage your own workload and meet deadlines
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Current driver’s license and reliable car
- Working with children check
- NDIS Worker Screening check
- Rights to work in Australia
