**About the Business Unit**:
As part of the Corrections and Justice Services (CJS) group, the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre (DPFC) is a 622-bed medium to maximum-security facility for female offenders located within the West Metropolitan Region, Department of Justice.
**About the Role**:
The Justice Officer - Vocational Administration will be required to provide a range of administration support services to the industry and other vocational areas of the prison. This will include, but is not restricted to, being the initial contact for customers, management of written reports and presentations, Human Resource administrative tasks, managing the prisoner pay system, general administration minute taking and meeting attendance.
**Some of your duties will include**:
- Providing administrative support to the Vocational Services Manager
- Providing a broad range of office management and administrative functions, including the maintenance of registers, preparation of presentations and reports
- Liaising with senior managers, staff members, other departments, agency representatives, and community groups, providing information and assistance and/or referral to appropriate staff members.
