Our client is looking for Service Desk Analyst to provide Level 1 and 2 support to internal staff. To be successful in this role you will be proactive, self-motivated, results-driven and customer focused.
**Looking for someone who has a passion for Customer Service Excellence.**
**Key Skills Required**:
- Experience in a first and second level IT support role providing service to a diverse range of technology users;
- Competent in troubleshooting all MS products, MS Exchange, Desktop environments
- Competent in troubleshooting Mobile Devices such as iPhones, iPads.
- Remote access, Citrix and VPN troubleshooting experience
- Experience in Active Directory for managing users and groups
- Exceptional phone and face to face customer service skills;
- Advanced MS Office skills with a particular focus on Excel and Outlook;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and logical bend of mind
- The ability to research independently and learn rapidly;
- Certified or familiar with ITIL based processes
