**Salary**:$57,369 - $61,947 per annum pro rata + 11% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience)
**Time Fraction**:Part Time, 0.5 EFT.
**Location**:Moorabbin campus.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
**Police Check**:Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
**Position Status**:Ongoing contract of appointment with a 6-month qualifying period

Holmesglen’s Registrars Department is looking for a Customer Service enthusiast to join their social and supportive team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for finalising student enrolments, assessing student’s eligibility for government funding and/or student HELP loans, delivering excellent customer service, and other administrative tasks in a busy customer service environment.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Diploma of Business Administration or similar tertiary qualification in business, administration or related field.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to relate professionally to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate workflow, prioritise work tasks effectively and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage challenging service interactions.
