- Our client is a well-established Dealership group with decades of experience in selling, servicing and maintaining trucks Selling a variety of leading truck brands, this company can service buyers from all different backgrounds with a variety of needs.- This is a company that's genuinely passionate about the business they're in, they live and breathe Trucks and love to share that passion with their employees**About the role**
- We are currently looking to speak with experienced Truck or Automotive Service Managers looking to lead their strong performing Service department, located in the Northern Rivers area of New South Wales.
Ideally you will have:

- Proven experience in a similar role, supervising a team
- Strong mechanical knowledge of Trucks, Automotive, Agricultural or Industrial equipment
- Experience mentoring, leading and helping teams to meet KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Devotion to customer satisfaction and service requirements
- Strong computer literacy skills with exposure to industry leading Dealer Management Systems
- On offer is an attractive salary comprising of a negotiable base salary, plus car allowance and generous commission package based on department performance.**About the location**
