**About the Role**
As a Process Governance Analyst your role is to utilise your business process skills to model and improve Bank of Queensland group process’s and contribute to the effective operation of the Business Process Management objectives of the group.

In this newly created role, you will join a small and growing team which focus on the operational process governance of BOQ Group. This role will ensure accurate and timely completion of Process models and maps in SAP Signavio and other appropriate tools for process improvement. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, projects, initiatives and continuous improvement activities, the business Process Analyst will champion continuous improvement, and ensure the overall governance activities for Process Models and maps is maintained in SAP Signavio.

Day to day this role will see you leverage a variety of continuous improvement principles and tools to maximize productivity and innovation. You will also support and improve processes in terms of process flow mapping, data collection and analysis, testing and problem solving. Plus, as an active member of the Process Centre of excellence, you will be involved in support the shaping, steering, and implementing of a consistent approach and message concerning the continuous improvement & transformation across the BOQ group and support the development of the business case and benefit tracking.

Other responsibilities will include:

- Providing administration and operational support for Group Operations Process Governance and Change Committee
- Staying current with external project management, change management and continuous improvement "best practices"
- Analysis of business and user needs with documentation of requirements
- Be involved in Cross functional Delivery Squads where applicable
- Support projects with project management methodology and tasks

**About you**
We are seeking a pro-active, self-starter with exceptional communication skills and the ability to interrogate data with the skill to communicate analysis findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You will be analytically minded and curious to gain deeper understandings of complex data/relationships, a team player that works well with other team members as well as being comfortable working autonomously.
