As a Customer Advisory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent service to valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers via outbound calls to provide details about our services.
- Offer personalised recommendations based on customers' needs, preferences, and enquiries.
- Build strong customer relationships by actively listening, understanding, and addressing their concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay updated on product/service changes and enhancements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively conveying the value of our services.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or outbound sales is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage and connect with customers.
- Empathetic and patient approach to understanding customer needs and resolving issues.
- Familiarity with our industry's products and services is a plus.

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Smithfield, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
