Deakin Residential Services Pty Ltd (**DRS**) is a wholly owned not-for-profit subsidiary of Deakin University (**Deakin**), established by Deakin University in August 2010 to manage Deakin’s on-campus accommodation and residential student experience.

**About the role**:
The Coordinator, Operations Support is a responsible to provide day to day support for operational teams. This includes maintaining key software systems, such as the resident housing management system, developing operational support processes to drive consistency in campus operations, providing training and monitoring compliance. This role will also support the administration of Deakin Residential Services assets and facilities management.

**As a **Coordinator, Operations Support, you will**:

- Investigate and probe for the facts and identify relevant solutions and select the most appropriate from the range of alternatives
- Plan and prioritise work and critical activities appropriately and recognise barriers to achieving outcomes, find effective ways to deal with them and evaluate progress
- Seek feedback from clients regarding their satisfaction and perspective with products or services received, respond to feedback with openness and transparency and seek to identify ways to better service the customer
- Build new and productive relationships with a diverse range of potential students, stakeholders or key and influential individuals both inside and outside the University
- Develop and implement practical, accessible solutions based on stakeholder needs

***To be successful, you’ll have**:

- A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Experience providing contract and compliance administration
