**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of payments received and update customer accounts accordingly.
- Creating a high volume of invoices
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in generating reports and analysing data related to payment collections and customer accounts.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve payment-related issues in a professional manner.
