Project Scheduler

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide support in developing integrated schedules for small-scale projects and programs.
- Liaise with stakeholders across workstreams to inform the design, development, and implementation of schedules.
- Foster relationships with a broad range of stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
- Assist with routine reporting cycles, updating schedules to ensure accurate sequencing, alignment of dependencies, and progress tracking against deliverables and milestones.
- Identify and help resolve scheduling issues to support the timely delivery of project outcomes.
- Contribute to the effectiveness of streamlined team processes and promote continuous improvement.
- Perform research and analysis on project schedules, contributing to the preparation of reports.
- Provide scheduling knowledge and support to stakeholders as needed.
- Exercise appropriate delegations in accordance with legislation and guidelines.
**Mandatory Criteria**:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing scheduling activities across large-scale projects and programs.
- Proven experience in capturing and monitoring dependencies, ensuring target milestones are realistic, achievable, and on track.
**Weighted Criteria**:
- Demonstrated ability to operate with a considerable degree of independence, working under the broad direction of senior staff.
- Experience providing scheduling expertise for highly technical and complex schedules that align with business objectives.
- Knowledge or experience with Services Australia portfolio, program, and project management methodologies, frameworks, and practices.
