Marketing Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our Adelaide team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position will play an important role in the marketing and sales team, developing and assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies and communication programs for our projects in South Australia.
At present we have two highly successful projects with Glenside and Fletchers Slip, and we look forward to further growing our South Australian portfolio. These two developments have a combined project value of over $650 million and will be delivered over the next 8 to 10 years.
Critical to setting you up for success is the team to support you. You will become part of a high spirited and engaged team, working in a collaborative environment where your opinion is not only valued but encouraged and sought out.
The Role
**Some key responsibilities include**:
- Monitor and maintain the corporate and project websites.
- Assist to conduct and collate findings from market research.
- Support product release and subsequent promotion.
- Assist in the management of the CRM and communication.
- Monitor the presentation of signage and sales offices within the estates.
- Administration of community initiatives.
- Upload and maintain project property listings.
- Assist in the coordination of project and corporate events
About You
You are seeking a varied role that will allow you to build on your marketing skills and give you something new to work on each day.
**You will bring to the role**:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related discipline
- Intern experience in a corporate or property environment will be highly regarded
- An engaging communication style and collaborative approach to work
- Excellent professional writing skills
- Demonstrated organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
