**About The Role**
We are looking for a superstar administrator to support our Harcourts South Australia Regional Support office in Adelaide, who will be responsible for ensuring the team have all the resources and support they require to deliver their value offering to the Harcourts South Australia network.
- Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the State Operations Coordinator is a full-time, office-based role.
- Facilitating and executing all state based operations;
- Preparation and coordination of awards evenings and other state events (heavy focus area);
- Coordinate state marketing;
- Maintaining brand management and standards;
- Executive assistance to the Chief Executive Officer and state support team members;
- Liaise between internal and external clients and network;
- Coordinate state office systems and procedures; and
- Basic account reconciliation and monitoring.
Skills and Experiences:
**About You**
- Previous experience in senior support roles or executive and personal assisting positions are highly desired, however not essential.
- We are looking for a pro-active individual who is willing to take initiative to get the job done.
