**You will be responsible for**:

- Produce project based WHS documentation as required
- Deliver company inductions and maintain records
- Facilitate consultation, communication & training of company policies and procedures
- Ensure contractor management procedures are compliant and maintain records
- Maintain company compliance with industry bodies & customer programmes
- Perform Return to Work Co-ordinator duties for employees
- Develop, implement, and review SOPs, SWMSs, policies, procedures and supporting systems, ensuring that all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and standards are met
- Review/report on matters pertaining to OH&S on site
- Work with the other management to coordinate and plan ongoing OH&S requirements.
- Review sub-contractor SWMS
- Conduct on site safety audits
- Quality control and rectification
- Participate in and contribute to WHS discussions in the Toolbox Meetings.
- Actively promote safe workplace through daily positive engagement with the workforce.
- Effective administration and communication with subbies, project management and client/s
- Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS / WHS)
- First Aid certificate or equivalent
- C class drivers licence
- Permanent rights to work in Australia
- Ability to travel to multiple job sites around NSW
