**About the role at Flare**

As a Customer Advocate in our Consumer Experience Team, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers with the adoption and usage of Flare’s financial and non-financial products including employee benefits and salary packaging.

You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded individuals and excel in a dynamic and inclusive environment. You’ll come together with your team two days per week in the Sydney CBD office, with flexibility to work from home on the other days.

**What You Bring to the Table**
- 1-2 years customer service or call centre experience
- Experience in a fast-paced start-up or financial services company (preferred)
- Experience in financial services or novated leasing (desirable, but not essential)
- Diploma in Financial Service or RG146 certificate (desirable, but not essential)
- Effective and courteous communication with strong customer command
- Motivation to resolve simple and complex issues with a high degree of ownership
- Team player with a willingness to collaborate to solve problems
- Curiosity, creative thinking and collaboration
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Query Handling - Address and resolve queries, questions, and problems to ensure positive customer outcomes and experiences
- Complaints Resolution - Log, investigate, and resolve customer dissatisfaction or problems, to improve negative customer experiences

- Verbal communication - Speaks clearly to convey information effectively to a target audience
- Problem solving - Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems
