And it is the reason we have become trusted advisors to CEOs, strategic partners to CMOs, and operational partners to CIOs, around the globe.

**Responsibilities**:
**Product**
- Implementation and delivery of best-in-class advance modelling solutions.
- Develop and codify new advanced modelling products (such as Regression Based Attribution, Full funnel modelling, Rapid MMM) in an efficient and effective manner.
- Help transfer existing processes and procedures to a cloud-based solution.
- Keep up to date with advances in data science and data management technologies.
- Make sure that all modelling output is technically robust.
- Help deliver operational efficiencies, by developing scripts to automate components of our product offering.

- Develop a good working relationship with tech providers (i.e. GCP and AWS).

**People**
- Promote open, collaborative, supportive and dynamic relationships throughout the agency and the network.
- Engage with other internal GroupM teams to share knowledge.
- Help motivate, manage and develop more junior members of team.
- Assist GroupM COE members with on the job training and technical advice on coding, efficient data models and mapping, and clouding computer platforms.

**Performance**:

- Assist with positioning new projects to existing clients, acting as GroupM’s trusted thought leader in the space of modelling and marketing science
- Participate in and support new business pitches where required
- Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks or issues in a timely manner
- Ensure a sound, reliable, ethical and robust governance framework is functioning effectively in line with WPP/GroupM policies and compliance requirements

**Requirements****:

- Outstanding coder, proficient in a range of data science software packages.
- Statistical/data analysis software knowledge (i.e. R, Python, SQL, SAS, Eviews, SPSS).
- A high level of theoretical and practical experience of econometric modelling and/or other modelling and data science techniques.
- Experience constructing digital reporting dashboards, and strong understanding of digital media and platforms, i.e. ad servers, Facebook, Google Ads, Campaign Manager, DV360, etc.

- Highly numerate with an analytical mind and broad understanding of the media industry.
- High attention to detail, with ability to efficiently and effectively spot errors.
- A strong client centric mindset, responsive, reliable with ability to manage expectations of internal clients.
- Actively contributes to the growth of the GroupM business.
- An excellent work ethic, problem solving and proficient time management skills.
- Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
