**Responsibilities**:

- Providing secretarial support to **three Partners** within the Financial Management Consulting Team.
- Supporting the team with daily administrative tasks (e.g. fees, payment of invoices, travel arrangements, diary management, conflict checks, etc.).
- Provide project support and assistance as required.
- Coordinating events and meetings.
- Attending to all correspondences and liaising with various stakeholders.

**You**:
To be successful for this role. You will have:

- Proven experience in a **Practice Assistant/Personal Assistant **in **a professional services environment**.
- Experience in project support work.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced level proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
