Our Client, **Advanced Group Australia Pty Ltd**, is looking to employ an **Air Conditioning Technician** in multiple positions. Located in Guildford, our business has expanded from the high level of customer service we provide. Our diverse range of expertise in Air conditioning, Refrigeration and Ventilation have crowned us a market leader.

**You will be required to do the following duties**:

- Install, Maintain, And/Or Repair HVAC Systems And Components, Including Air Conditioning Units, Refrigeration Systems, Ductwork, And Controls.
- Diagnose And Troubleshoot Problems In HVAC Systems And Recommend Solutions To Clients.
- Perform Routine Maintenance And Inspections On HVAC Systems To Ensure They Are Operating Efficiently And In Compliance With Relevant Regulations.
- Communicate With Clients To Understand Their Needs And Provide Recommendations On HVAC Systems And Components.
- Manage Work Orders, Record Materials Used, And Maintain Accurate Records Of Maintenance And Repair Work.
- Ensure All Work Is Carried Out Safely, To Industry Standards, And In Compliance With Relevant Regulations.
- Mentor And Train Apprentices To Ensure They Are Developing Their Skills And Knowledge In The HVAC Industry.
- Assemble, Install, Maintain And Repair Industrial, Commercial, And Domestic Air-Conditioning And
- Refrigeration Systems And Equipment.
- Establishing Job Requirements From Drawings And Specifications, And Laying Out Installation Reference Points
- Installing Copper Lines For Refrigerant-Based Systems
- Managing And Checking For Leaks
- Welding And Brazing Refrigerant Piping.
- Repairing And Replacing Defective Components From The Systems When Needed
- Recording The Causes Of Malfunctions And Taking Appropriate Actions As Needed
- Troubleshooting And Safety Checks Commissioning
- Servicing And Maintaining Air Conditioners And Systems.
- Fault Finding On Commercial Sites And Some Domestic Sites.
- Working Alongside An Apprentice/ Trade Assistant When Required
- Understanding Maintenance Contracts
- Installation Of New Air Conditioning Equipment (Commercial & Some Residential)
- Establishing And Maintaining Business Relationships With Clients And Internal Team Members

**To be considered for this role, you should**:

- Be willing to relocate if you are interstate or in other cities.
- Be available on both days at weekends and be able to work split shifts.
- Cert III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or Equivalent.
- Valid drivers license
- Relevant industry safety tickets
- Ability to work in a team.
- Very good communication skills.

**How to join the team**

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guildford, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Air Conditioning Technician: 2 years (required)
