**The Role**:
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Wetherill Park team in the position of Administrator / File Manager. This diverse role will involve running and completing jobs from our insurance clients and assisting the Project Management team to successfully deliver business-oriented outcomes. You will be responsible for meeting client and customer needs, milestones, budget expectations and quality specifications, while undertaking a self-managed project portfolio. **Key**
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Be able to run multiple jobs at a time ensuring each deadline and budget are set
- Deliver projects to strict SLA timeframes, as set out by our clients
- Constant communication with clients throughout entire lifespan of each
- Accurately report and record job details throughout repair life of works
- Coordinate, influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
- Schedule project managers, supervisors, technicians and subcontractor trades
- Prepare detailed scope documents, instructions and work orders
- Ensure all contractor invoices are reviewed and signed-off prior to processing to make sure it is as per quote and PO
- Ensure monthly Delivery/Sales KPI’s are achieved
- Attend fortnightly WIP reviews and ensure all claims are updated and executed accordingly
- Manage project cost budgets and ensure successful execution and delivery of all projects, in line with this
- Monitor the allocation and workload of all sub-contractors to enable strong performance results
- Liaise with management and internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis keeping all up to date and advising of any potential issues

- Strong Administration & Customer Service background
- Business Administration Qualification ideal, however not essential
- Experience in the Restoration, Construction or Insurance industry, highly regarded
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
- Enthusiastic & proactive attitude
- Ability to work autonomously, self-delegate & use initiative
- Outgoing & positive personality
- Ability to work in a fast paced & high-pressure environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Can-do attitude & good work ethic
