**About the role**

You will be required to provide confidential efficient and effective data entry for a high volume of statistics required to be entered on a weekly basis. You will need to offer excellent customer service to staff members, students and members with in the admin office.
- Data entry in a confidential, timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all work is completed accurately on time in accordance with Barwon Health policies and procedures.

Desirable: Experience in high volume of data entry. Must have the ability to work both independently and also with members of the office.
Desirable: Computer literate with advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, mainly Outlook, and demonstrate the ability to learn specialist programs used within the Department, mainly iPM, Bossnet.
Desirable: Knowledge of Public Hospital rules and processes.
Essential: I agree to meet Barwon Health’s immunisation requirements (including full COVID vaccination) as set out in Barwon Health’s Staff Immunisation Policy as amended from time to time. I acknowledge that meeting this ongoing requirement is mandatory and a condition of any employment subsequently offered.
