**Position Summary**:

- As a Country Hub Lead, should be able to represent the company for the operational activities and responsible for effective and successful management of resources, productivity, quality, safety and financial controls. Executes operational procedures, managing and monitoring people and processes management, information flow management, delivery management, and reporting for assigned field resources and operation leads.
- Responsibilities not limited to Overseeing operations and facilitating weekly & month-end reporting to Program Managers. Enabling teams in multiple countries and multiple locations, with field operations resources (interviewing, hiring, training and development, coaching, performance management, regular and ad-hoc tasks allocation and reporting). Engaging in monitoring SLAs, KPIs and delivering results above standards and fostering long-term cooperation with Stakeholders. Identifying and tailoring processes as part of optimization.

**Mandatory Skills**:

- 10+ Years of experience in Managed Services and Managed Services Environment
- 10+ Years of Experience in Vendor Management
- 7+ Years of Field experience with multi geography exposure
- 7+ Years of experience as a front-line manager leading vendor team
- GIS Knowledge (Google Maps Knowledge)
- 5+ Years’ experience on Route planning and Route optimizations (Country / City level)
- Understanding of Geo co-ordinates, LAT Longs, Driving directions
- Knowledge of content engineering and map moderations life cycle

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the overall project delivery. Managing multiple teams of drivers (across geographies) daily to ensure that the expected target is met day on day. Regular and constant monitoring of drivers, follow ups with the ops lead to get the ground reality on a daily / hourly basis. Understanding and maintaining the Ticketing system for additional parts requirements/ tracking of Vehicle issues (Technical and Mechanical) Liaising with the Field Support team to ensure timely response and issues resolved within the expected turnaround time.
- Managing the month end billing for vendor partners and clients. Working with the invoicing team and keeping a check on the direct and indirect spends month on month so that the portfolio health is well within the expected threshold.
- Identifying the need for resource management and liaising with the vendor partners for timely hiring or backfilling as required by the project metrics. Coordinating with the training team for the need of refreshers and crispers for drivers for better performance and regular knowledge check through process knowledge test etc.
- Working with the data / business analysts for correct reporting of metrics to the client. Involvement and new ideas for dashboard, project enhancement.
- Regular feedback sessions with the quality teams and process excellence team to identify areas of improvement and maintain the quality score below the agreed threshold.
- Client management, one on one weekly cadence with client program managers keeping them informed about the daily weekly metrics, support and help needed. Should be front leading the weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews with the client.
