**Job Description**:

- A fantastic opportunity exists for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Administrator professional to join a fun and supportive Talent Acquisition team on a Part Time (32 hours over 4-5 days per week) Fixed-Term basis for 6 months. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Administration Supervisor you will be part of the Global Shared Services team based in the Brisbane Corporate Office.

The Talent Acquisition Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by ensuring all recruitment administration is carried out in a timely and accurate manner.

This exciting and varied role will see you accountable for:

- Providing timely advice and support to the Talent Acquisition Analysts
- Providing regular updates to our stakeholders, the Site HR teams, on recruitment administration activity
- Other administrative duties when required and as requested by the Talent Acquisition leadership team

**Qualifications**:

- To be successful in this position you will have experience in the following:

- 3 years+ experience as an administration professional
- Experience within Talent Acquisition or Human Resources discipline (desireable)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to proactively work under pressure and problem solve
- Be well organised, have strong time management skills and proactive approach
- A friendly and positive attitude
- Demonstrated experience providing exceptional customer service to stakeholders
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

- 6 months fixed-term position (with opportunity to extend)
- Part time basis working 32 hours over 4-5 days per week (your preference)
