**Job Description**:

- As a result of growth we currently have an opportunity for two talented recruitment professionals to join a fun and supportive Talent Acquisition team based in Brisbane. The two positions will be initially offered on a 12 -month or 6 month fixed-term contract and will primarily deliver a variety of recruitment work, such as projects and day-to-day recruitment for our operations.

This exciting and varied role will see you accountable for:

- Bulk recruitment campaigns
- Developing an expertise in a particular discipline or business area and share market insight and data to assist Hiring Managers to make informed decisions
- Actively support our Diversity and Inclusion strategy
- Qualifications
- Significant experience as a talent acquisition professional, preferably in resources or heavy industry
- Willingness to adopt global recruitment process and ensure all activity is recorded in the ATS
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent as sourcing tools
