Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra’s customers through outstanding customer service. Some of the specifics
- Telstra Store Sydney Icon - 89 King Street, SYDNEY CBD New South Wales 2000
- Casual, Part Time & Full Time Positions Available
- Part Time - 25 hours per week
- Full Time - 36.75 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday Roster
- Store Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00 - 19:00, Friday 10:00 - 16:00, Saturday 9:00 - 17:00, Sunday 10:00 - 17:00

Duties
- Provide quality customer service to all customers
- Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.
- Achieve sales and performance targets
- Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards

Skills and experience
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Proven record of delivering great customer experiences
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Effective communication skills
