Our Facilities team has an opportunity for an **Facilities Manager** to join the team located in Melbourne, Victoria. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of a full suite of hard and soft services within a premium commercial and R&D facility in accordance with the requirements of the Contract.

The key objective is to achieve optimum results in relation to service delivery, vision and leadership, client relations, and financial management; ensure customer and client satisfaction.

**What you’ll do**

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

- Ensure corrective action and any required client correspondence is action in a timely and effective manner and tasks are completed according to published safe work procedures.
- Contribute to the monthly contract meeting with Client representatives in relation to site soft services operations.
- Ensure that the account is managed effectively and within agreed budgetary guidelines and follow company procedures in preparing monthly operating reports.
- Develop and implement standards of service to achieve maximum outcomes.
- Effectively organize and deploy resources (personnel, equipment, facilities and capital) to deliver high quality service and products in line with client and customer expectations.

**What you’ll bring**
- An accomplished leader, excellent communicator and able to work collaboratively with clients.
- Significant Facilities Management experience in a technical role with demonstrated Safety Management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in contract management, procurement, finance management and reporting.
- Previous experience in the delivery of contract services where subcontractors are used for Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance, with a sound understanding of building and service regulations and statutory obligations.
- Experience in highly controlled environments such as Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry is highly desirable.
