**About Your Next Role**

I am looking for a **Store Manager** to join the wonderful Floreat** Location**. In this role you will be reporting directly to the Area Manager and responsible for all daily operations of the store mainly including, financial reporting, KPI coaching, stock management, VM and VIP listings.

**Your Skill Set Currently**
- Previous Retail Management within fashion
- Passion and love for premium suiting and stylish casual looks
- Success of managing teams to structured KPI's and budgets
- The ability to problem solve, drive your store in the right business direction
- Strong sales history
- A passion for VM and in store styling
- Great knowledge on market fashion trends
- Well presented presentation
- Stock management, rostering and coaching of staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to build client listings and form forever relationships
- Consultative selling approach
