We are seeking a hands-on proactive Accounts receivable officer to join our team based at our Head office in Wetherill Park. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, your new role will be a range of Accounts receivable tasks that support the wider financial team.

This role will be responsible for taking on a diverse workload including all areas of Accounts receivable and Debt collection.

Be an integral part of the Finance team with Inclusive but not limited to below duties:

- Receipting and allocation of customer payments- Responding to customer queries- Contacting customers with overdue accounts- Getting approval and processing customer credit claims.- Sending out copies of invoices and statements- Preparing and presenting weekly debtor reports- Liaising with our branch staff- Completing credit checks for new customers and setting up new accounts.**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following qualifications, experience, and skills:

- Have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an Accounts receivable officer role- Experience in the Recruitment/payroll industry is preferred but not essential- Have a hand on approach- Have sound planning and organisational skills- Have well-developed written and oral communication skills- Be comfortable communicating issues/queries with non-Finance staff- The ability to maintain confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people- Excellent time management skills- Proficient PC skills, including the strong use of Microsoft Office- High levels of motivation, with a positive and enthusiastic nature**Working with National Workforce means joining a big family (one with some great perks)**:
