Join Macquarie’s Retail Credit team as a Operations Associate and build your skills and knowledge in a back office role.

The Retail Credit Operations team provides post settlement operational support across Home Loans, Car Loans and Credit Cards. Specialising in one product, with the scope to cross skill in the longer term, you’ll be accountable for ensuring operational excellence which results in a premium service for our clients. This opportunity will give you deep product and process knowledge, we’re continuously learning and welcome your ideas to be able to constantly improve the way we work and the service we deliver to our clients.

As a key member of the team you will use your critical eye for detail and harness your ability to work under pressure to deliver to deadlines, both autonomously and as part of a team. You will work in a vibrant, energetic, hybrid working environment to achieve individual and team KPIs relating to service, efficiency and quality standards on a daily basis.

The role will offer you the opportunity to work with both internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with them to deliver a premium service experience. You will work closely with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, exercising discretion, problem solving and common sense to deliver a personalised service that is in line with Macquarie’s values.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a customer facing, operations or admin based role, financial services experience is preferable but not essential. If you enjoy working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and you have strong attention to detail this may be the opportunity for you.
