Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of an innovative Council seeking to make a positive difference in the community you support? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Facilities Maintenance Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.

Located on the lower North Shore, our leafy suburbs have a vibrant and diverse village atmosphere. We aim to provide "best value" services and facilities to the community whilst ensuring a sustainable future.

**About the Role**

You will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of Council buildings, structures and related assets, as well as providing administration support to the Facilities team.
- At least 5 years' experience in Facilities and/or Construction Management and/or a Trade qualification;
- Track record of successful experience in construction, building maintenance, project management and staff/contractor management; and
- Experience in undertaking administration tasks.
