Applications are invited from interested and suitably qualified applicants for the part-time position of Administration Assistant within our Injury Management team.

**Key accountabilities will include**:

- Provide claims management support through routine administrative tasks
- Work directly with self-insurer on case management
- Receipting invoices for authorisation and accounts processing
- Maintain accurate work injury documents such as relevant reports and certificates
- Maintain efficiency and effectiveness of administrative procedures within the Department
- Register new injuries and update claims in the system
- Assist case managers with adhoc tasks

**Selection criteria**:

- Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment with high level customer service principles and practices.
- Experience providing administrative support in the rehabilitation and injury management space desirable.
- Must have strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with SAP / SolvInjury and knowledge of SIRA payment codes advantageous
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to deliver outcomes while working to deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ensuring data integrity
- High level of flexibility, initiative and adaptability
- This role will be required to be onsite
- Ability to work autonomously
- Sound understanding of NSW workers comp legislation and process is highly desirable
