Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate services and resources to optimize client outcomes and satisfaction.
- Utilize accounting expertise to manage financial transactions, budgets, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in support coordination, customer service, or related field.
- Strong background in rostering, including knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Casual
Pay: $56,355.13 - $84,433.81 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Licence/Certification:
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
