Account Manager Fosroc

**The Opportunity**:

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, whilst actively seeking new business opportunities.
Day to day you will:
- Creating proposals on waterproofing, flooring and other construction solutions.
- Facilitate hands on training sessions as well as supporting a formal training offering.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to positively and proactively represent Fosroc Products.
- Liaise with Engineers, Specifiers, Architects and Corporate Bodies as required
- Respond to and follow-up on sales leads and information provided by information systems, such as BCI, Estimate One, Newspaper Tenders
- Continuously look for opportunities to expand clients base
**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will be able to articulate how your authentic sales style and ability to close has led to your success so far. Knowledge and experience in trade/construction related industry desired, though not mandatory.
You will have experience with:
- Account Management, Territory Management or Business Development within a similar industry.
- Solid B2B or B2C sales experience, including cold calling and new client generation.
- Strong verbal and written business acumen with a strategic focus.
- Delivering business presentations to a range of stakeholders.
