**About the Role**
The Operations and Integration Co-Ordinator ensures site wide planning and coordination of all project work. You will be involved in creating the plan and ensure that it’s enacted through relevant resources, teams and key stakeholders.
Reporting to the Interface Manager,
- Manage planning and coordination of all project work site wide with both a long
- and short-term focus.
- Understand what’s happening on site on a daily basis with a firsthand perspective.
- Liaise with the Tank Integration Engineer to ensure Tank projects are integrated smoothly with site projects.
- Ensure all projects are coordinated with and communicated to Operations so that all parties are aware ahead of time of what is occurring.

- Provide Operations support to the construction aspects of the project.
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Valid permanent work rights in Australia for this full-time position.
- Project Management skills and experience
- Scheduling experience using MS Project to
- develop Project schedule, updating task durations, dates, progress, inter-dependencies.
- Identify schedule risks constraints/blockers, float/slack, critical path analysis.
- Monitor progress, status, report on progress during meetings
- Develop weekly progress reports and escalation of schedule delays to management.
- A Customer focused attitude and able to interact at all levels within the customer organization.
- An understanding / previous maintenance project experience with the ability to generate
- commissioning and operating procedures and documentation to support the customer project.
- operating and maintenance budgets for a project, based on solid understanding of resourcing requirements.
Knowledge and understanding of terminal infrastructure, previous experience in working in high-risk environments (oil & gas, mining, etc.), bulk fuel terminal experience would be a big bonus
