**Service Scheduling and Service Support**

We are a long standing Service based company in Smithfield. We are a 3rd generation family owned and managed business with over 40+ years servicing industrial, commercial & hospitals areas.

**Must Have**:

- Job Scheduling experience.
- Excellent awareness of Sydney localities, in terms of suburb locations and traffic peak times.
- Eye for detail and awareness of maximising time in motion / billing hours.
- Service Industry experience.
- Excellent prioritising skill and focus.
- Strong communication skills. Verbal and written.
- Be an Australian Citizen or have Permanent Residency status.

**Great Value adds**:

- Familiarity with DOS based & Cloud based programs
- Can work autonomously and does not get flustered when interrupted or redirected.

**The Role**:

- Full Time (Mon-Fri).
- 3-4 hrs daily job scheduling for service technician.
- Balance of day would be various administration Eg: Timesheets and scheduling maintenance of service vehicles.
- Supportive team environment.
- Free onsite parking.
- Full onsite training will be given.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- 2 years (preferred)
