Tip Top is currently seeking a Distribution Supervisor to be based at our Tip Top Chullora Site. Reporting to the Distribution Operations Manager, this is a dynamic and hands on role that is responsible for leading shift activities within distribution.
Purpose of the Role
- Ensure all trucks leave on time, managing performance of drivers and distributors, complying with all health and safety requirements, and working in accordance with the company quality system.
- Demonstrate constructive leadership and coaching ability with other members in the team and distributors who operate in our network
- Maintain performance and improve labour cost management as per KPI's which include drivers and distributors
- Manage and prevent issues at fleet and depots to ensure adherence to relevant food safety standards
- Liaise with key 3PL providers to manage on-time daily departure and transport requirements are met daily

About You
- Experience working within an FMCG space within a similar role
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally
- Proven experience identifying and deploying process improvements
